k8kk Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the k8kk platform (the "Platform"), including any of its games, features, promotions, or services, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an account on k8kk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k8kk account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Notify k8kk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Ensure that all activity conducted through your account complies with these Terms, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

k8kk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All transactions and bets placed through your account are deemed to have been made by you and are your sole responsibility.

k8kk reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is otherwise in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

k8kk supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱):

All funds deposited into your k8kk account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. k8kk reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method if a third-party deposit is detected.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures. k8kk aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements. k8kk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of fraud checks or document verification.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, k8kk will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, k8kk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the user's account balance. Bets that have already been settled prior to a technical fault will not be reversed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k8kk Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.

All content on the k8kk Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of k8kk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from k8kk.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Content.

Any unauthorized use of k8kk's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

k8kk will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, k8kk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

k8kk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your k8kk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting k8kk's customer support team. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to the date of closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. k8kk operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR and complies with all applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Users waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.
